The AF-3' / S-114 are models of flare type boiler tube expanders, specialized tools used in boiler maintenance and manufacturing to expand the ends of boiler tubes for a secure, leak-proof fit into tube sheets.

1200 Series is the long reach expanders used for higher thickness tube sheets, where expansion lengths is longer. Used for manufacturing of Heat Exchanger & Condensers, Suitable for Tube size: 1/2" to 1.1/2” OD. For Tubes of I.D. : 0.334" (8.4mm) to 1.43" (36.3mm). Available in Roller Lengths of 1.1/2" (38.1mm) and 2.1/4" (57.1mm) & Range of Models to cover Tube Expansion Length 1.1/2" (38.1mm) to 12.3/4" (323.6mm).

8012 Series is the adjustable type tube expanders with thrust bearing collar, to be used in normal and heavy thickness tubes of Boilers, Air Heaters, Refinery Tubes, It can be used for expanding thick tube sheets of up to 8” standard expanders available for 1.3/4” to 5” OD Tubes. Available for bigger tube sizes on request. For tubes of I.D. : 1.420" (36.1mm) to 2.902" (73.7mm). Available in Roller Lengths of 2.1/4" (57.1mm) and 2.902" (73.7mm) To cover Tube Expansion Length 1/2" (12.7mm) to 4" (101.6mm).

1300 Series is the long reach expander used for higher thickness tube sheets, where expansion lengths is longer. Used for oil Coolers , Radiators & other equipment, where small diameter tubes are used. Suitable for Tube sizes ¼” to 3/8” OD. For Tubes of I.D. : 0.231" (5.8mm) to 0.331" (8.4mm). Available in Roller Lengths of 3/4" (19.05mm) and 1.14" (31.75mm) for Tube Expansion Length 3/4" (19.05mm) to 3.1/2" (88.9mm)

Sliding T - Handle is used for driving of manually operated sockets. It has a large leverage handle which allows application of force comfortably. The final tightening can be done with both hands. The sliding T-head is provided with a ball to arrest movement of handle at any desired position. Available in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1" and 1.1/2 " Square Drives.

FEATURES & APPLICATIONS : • Used to cut conductors up to 40 MM DIA • Operation similar to a hydraulic jack • Knob-handle is turned to enable lineman to operate pump handle • When cut is completed, knob is turned in opposite direction to allow cutting head to open • Epoxiglass pole, handle and hydraulic hose have been tested upto 700 bar working pressure. • Hydraulic oil grade 68 is used in Hand pump. • Hose has a minimum burst strength of 15,000 PSI • Features include jaws designed to cut without flattening conductor. • Jaws are made out of special alloy steel for long and trouble free application • Well balanced, requiring minimum effort to cut large conductors.
