The mechanism within the pump controls the pressure developed, while crimping and safety valve prevents overloading.

Tube Tools

It is a Shaft consist of Inner Core ,Outer casing Motor Coupling and Hand piece. It is designed to penetrate in to the tube inner dia, flexibly even into the bend tubes, without damaging the inner surface of the tube, and capable of transmitting rotary power from the Power unit to the tool head or brush. INNER WIRE CORE is flexible shaft's most important working element. It is designed and constructed to meet power drive operating conditions that include torque, speed, length and minimum bend radius. At the centre of the core is a single wire around which successive multi-stranded layers of wires are wrapped. Each layer is wound in the opposite direction and at right angles to the layer directly beneath it. The direction in which the wire on the outer most layer is wound determines the direction in which the shaft is designed to rotate. OUTER CASTING made of galvanized steel strip and is internally reinforced with antifriction lining to support the wire core and resist the torque. Outer casing does not rotate but protect the inner core and the tube inner dia. HANDPIECE is attached to one end of the shaft, either detachable or fixed type, with threaded spindle to connect tool heads or brushes. MOTOR COUPLING is fitted to the other end of the shaft, either threaded type or shear pin type, connected to the main power unit. Available in 25mm(1”) , 32mm(1.1/4”) and 36mm(1.3/8”) OD with 12mm(1/2”),16mm (5/16”) and 19 mm(3/4”) inner core respectively, with various length of 6 to 22 mtrs. Long. Torque Multiplier is a tool, for applying higher torque with low efforts. SAPSONS Torque Multipliers are compact alloy steel, epicyclical gear units, designed for tightening and loosening of nuts and bolts by providing very high torque economically, is available up to Max. Torque capacity of 35000 Lb.ft. Torque Multiplier is interposed between a standard Torque Wrench and the Socket, and the reaction bar/bracket is allowed to rest against any convenient solid object. The operator then has effective leverage of Torque Wrench 5 times or 25 times or 125 times. The wrench being used in to the input side of the gear unit. All standard single stage gear units are having the multiplication ratio of 5:1. The gear units are compounded to give 25:1 or 125:1 ratio, provides the equivalent of 4 extra manpower to the user. Output Torque = Input Torque X Multiplication Factor. In limited work place, use of Torque Multiplier generates high Torque, with precision and ease. In many cases it eliminates dismantling of nearby equipment.
