Spring Balancers - are most scientifically designed for suspending and balancing the object , at required height. Working on the principle of Coiled spring, it ensures constant tension throughout the entire cable travel, to ensure fatigueless operation.
Manufactured from High grade Aluminium casting, it is compact in design and light in weight. With Forged swivel top hook for 360 deg. Rotation, it has built-in safety locking mechanism, to prevent any unforeseen accident, due to spring failure.

- Easily accessible external tension adjustment, using which required tension can be set through a hardened worm form gear system; no special tool required.
- Swivel on top hook allows 360° rotation positioning the spring balancers for easiest cable flow; prolongs cable life.
- Automatic Drum Lock arrangement to prevent the load from falling in case spring balancer lowers sharply.
- Suspended tools can be easily engaged or disengaged using the manual drum lock, making changeover safe, simple and quick; reduces downtime.

Design :
Overhead Spring Balancers are specially designed to free the operator from weight of the hand tools or any other object, which is handled by human, for hours, continuously.
