Construction and Working: The Crimping Jack and Hydraulic Pump are connected with 2 Mtrs. long Hydraulic Hose pipe and the Hydraulic Hand pump is designed to develop Pressure of up to 250 Kg/ Sq.mm. The mechanism within the pump controls the pressure developed, while crimping and safety valve prevents overloading.

Apply Hydraulic Pressure To The Load Cell ,Which Actuates The Hydraulic Load Cells And Apply Even Load Across The Flange By All The Interconnected Bolt Tensioners. 7. Rotate The Nut Driver Using A Tommy Bar, Till It Touches The Flange Surface Firmly. 8. Release The Tool Pressure And The Bolt Tensioning Procedure Is Complete. 9. Torque Multiplier is a tool, for applying higher torque with low efforts. SAPSONS Torque Multipliers are compact alloy steel, epicyclical gear units, designed for tightening and loosening of nuts and bolts by providing very high torque economically, is available up to Max. Torque capacity of 35000 Lb.ft. Torque Multiplier is interposed between a standard Torque Wrench and the Socket, and the reaction bar/bracket is allowed to rest against any convenient solid object. The operator then has effective leverage of Torque Wrench 5 times or 25 times or 125 times. The wrench being used in to the input side of the gear unit. All standard single stage gear units are having the multiplication ratio of 5:1. The gear units are compounded to give 25:1 or 125:1 ratio, provides the equivalent of 4 extra manpower to the user. Output Torque = Input Torque X Multiplication Factor. In limited work place, use of Torque Multiplier generates high Torque, with precision and ease. In many cases it eliminates dismantling of nearby equipment. Throughout the world thousands of Torque Multipliers are used everyday for maintenance job, Production and Servicing, where high torque is applied. Cable spiking tool is used to ensure that the power cable under maintenance is not live. Cables are spiked with the help of Cable spiking tool and confirm the circuit is not Live. It is one of the very important safety procedure universally followed and the Cables are preliminarily spiked before carrying out jointing or terminating of faulty 11kV/33kV cables. Our Cable spiking tool is intended to prove that any power cable under maintenance is previously disconnected, is dead before starting the work, when these cables are undergoing repair, diversion or maintenance. The design of SAPSONS cable spiking tool is robust and reliable which consist of a hand operated hydraulic pump connected by a hydraulic hose to the hydraulic cylinder. The Cable Spiking chisel which is made of special alloy steel and hardened is connected to the piston of the Hydraulic cylinder. When the cylinder is operated thru the Hydraulic hand pump, the chisel pierce into the cable to reach the conductor. The Cylinder is mounted on a Rectangular shaped tubular steel body which is placed on cable dia and locked with the lower base clamp by threaded steel rods on both the side. A separate earthing cable of approx. 6 mtrs. long crimped at one end with suitable lugs connected with the tool and the other end is having the earthing rod for grounding.
