It has the Hexagonal shank, to conveniently use with both Pneumatic and Electric power tools. Except in 3/8” OD tubes, One tool can be used for various thickness of tubes of same OD, by simply changing the Pilot Bush. It is a Shaft consist of Inner Core ,Outer casing Motor Coupling and Hand piece. It is designed to penetrate in to the tube inner dia, flexibly even into the bend tubes, without damaging the inner surface of the tube, and capable of transmitting rotary power from the Power unit to the tool head or brush. INNER WIRE CORE is flexible shaft's most important working element. It is designed and constructed to meet power drive operating conditions that include torque, speed, length and minimum bend radius. At the centre of the core is a single wire around which successive multi-stranded layers of wires are wrapped. Each layer is wound in the opposite direction and at right angles to the layer directly beneath it. The direction in which the wire on the outer most layer is wound determines the direction in which the shaft is designed to rotate. OUTER CASTING made of galvanized steel strip and is internally reinforced with antifriction lining to support the wire core and resist the torque. Outer casing does not rotate but protect the inner core and the tube inner dia. HANDPIECE is attached to one end of the shaft, either detachable or fixed type, with threaded spindle to connect tool heads or brushes. MOTOR COUPLING is fitted to the other end of the shaft, either threaded type or shear pin type, connected to the main power unit. Available in 25mm(1”) , 32mm(1.1/4”) and 36mm(1.3/8”) OD with 12mm(1/2”),16mm (5/16”) and 19 mm(3/4”) inner core respectively, with various length of 6 to 22 mtrs. Long. Ensure That The Hoses Are Connected Firmly At Both The Ends. 6. Apply Hydraulic Pressure To The Load Cell ,Which Actuates The Hydraulic Load Cells And Apply Even Load Across The Flange By All The Interconnected Bolt Tensioners. 7. Rotate The Nut Driver Using A Tommy Bar, Till It Touches The Flange Surface Firmly. 8. Release The Tool Pressure And The Bolt Tensioning Procedure Is Complete. 9. Repeat The Same Procedure, To Tighten The Alternative Studs… To be able to deliver a leak free bolted assembly you must apply the correct amount of compressive load to the sealing surface or gasket. SAPSONS Automatic Grooving Tool besides Catering to various applications for Internal Grooving is specially designed for Matching Grooves in Tube Sheet Holes to aid in Locking Rolled Tubes into Position during Tube Expansion. It incorporates the Proven and accepted Principle of an eccentric Tool Holder turning on its own Axis. As the Tool moves into the work piece/ Tube Sheet, the Pilot nose contacts the face of the work piece/ Tube Sheet, the cutter is now in the position to cut.
