The design of SAPSONS cable spiking tool is robust and reliable which consist of a hand operated hydraulic pump connected by a hydraulic hose to the hydraulic cylinder. The Cable Spiking chisel which is made of special alloy steel and hardened is connected to the piston of the Hydraulic cylinder. When the cylinder is operated thru the Hydraulic hand pump, the chisel pierce into the cable to reach the conductor. The Cylinder is mounted on a Rectangular shaped tubular steel body which is placed on cable dia and locked with the lower base clamp by threaded steel rods on both the side. A separate earthing cable of approx. 6 mtrs. long crimped at one end with suitable lugs connected with the tool and the other end is having the earthing rod for grounding.

Condenser Tube Cleaner Kit is Pneumatic operated system, designed to clean straight tubes in Heat Exchangers, condensers, coolers, chillers etc. These equipment contain many small diameter tubes which vary from 3/8" to 1.1/4" in diameter and six to twenty feet or even more in length. Consists of Portable Pneumatic Drive, Water Flushing Attachment, Set Of Hollow Shafts and Couplings, Cleaning Heads Like Drill, Cutter and Brush along with air and Water Hoses, all supplied in suitable steel carrying case. The suitable cleaning head according to the tube ID, is connected thru thread in to the hollow shafts , which is again connected to the Pneumatic drive, and inserted into the tube. Number of shafts are connected thru couplings to increase the length , to cover the entire length of the tube, to be cleaned. A water flushing system is also attached to the drive to flush out the loose deposits out of the tube as well to keep the tool head cool. The Pneumatic drive runs at a speed of about 700 RPM , along with the water flow, and the tool head breaks the scale, while the water loosens the deposits.
