Condenser Tube Cleaner Kit is Pneumatic operated system, designed to clean straight tubes in Heat Exchangers, condensers, coolers, chillers etc. These equipment contain many small diameter tubes which vary from 3/8" to 1.1/4" in diameter and six to twenty feet or even more in length. Consists of Portable Pneumatic Drive, Water Flushing Attachment, Set Of Hollow Shafts and Couplings, Cleaning Heads Like Drill, Cutter and Brush along with air and Water Hoses, all supplied in suitable steel carrying case. The suitable cleaning head according to the tube ID, is connected thru thread in to the hollow shafts , which is again connected to the Pneumatic drive, and inserted into the tube. Number of shafts are connected thru couplings to increase the length , to cover the entire length of the tube, to be cleaned. A water flushing system is also attached to the drive to flush out the loose deposits out of the tube as well to keep the tool head cool. The Pneumatic drive runs at a speed of about 700 RPM , along with the water flow, and the tool head breaks the scale, while the water loosens the deposits. Very Handy and user friendly, this equipment is very useful to those Industries, where periodical cleaning of tubes are mandatory.
