Tube Expander – 8012 SERIES

8012 Series is the adjustable type tube expanders with thrust bearing collar, to be used in normal and heavy thickness tubes of Boilers, Air Heaters, Refinery Tubes, It can be used for expanding thick tube sheets of up to 8” standard expanders available for 1.3/4” to 5” OD Tubes.
Available large tube sizes on request.

The Sapsons Tube Expander – 8012 SERIES is a heavy-duty adjustable tube expanding tool designed for expanding and securing tubes into thick tube sheets used in boilers, air heaters, condensers, and refinery equipment. It features a thrust bearing collar for smoother operation and controlled expansion in demanding industrial applications.

For tubes of I.D. :
1.420' (36.1mm) to 2.902' (73.7mm).
Available in Roller Lengths of 2.1/4' (57.1mm) and 2.902' (73.7mm) To cover Tube Expansion Length 1/2' (12.7mm) to 4' (101.6mm).
Larger sizes available on request.
