Inserting the tubes in to the Tube sheet and Baffle plates is one of the very important activity , in manufacturing of Heat Exchangers, Condensers , Chiller etc., during which the tube ends often get damaged, result into the rejection of complete tubes , most of the time, particularly in Non-Ferrous tubes. Our Tube Guides are designed to protect the tube ends and simplifying the tube insertion process. The Conical shape of the nose allows the Tube end to self align it to the holes in the baffles plates and the tube sheet. Made out of Aluminium nose with Nylon bristle tails, which hold the Guide into the tube ID ., firmly, while insertion. It can be re-used. Sizes Available For ½” To 2.1/2” OD Tubes.

SAPSONS Stud Tighteners also known as Stud Drivers is used for speedier tightening of threaded studs with the help of an impact wrench. This is ideal for use in the assembly and maintenance of engines. The range covers stud diameters M5 to M36 (metric) & 1/4" (6.35mm) to 1.1/2" (38.1) UNF/BSF (SAE/BRITISH) in 3/8" to 1" square drives. The tool has a cross hole and groove for locking pin and ring arrangement. Stud Tighteners to suit BSW, BSF, UNC OR UNF Threaded studs also available on request. SAPSONS Automatic Grooving Tool besides Catering to various applications for Internal Grooving is specially designed for Matching Grooves in Tube Sheet Holes to aid in Locking Rolled Tubes into Position during Tube Expansion. It incorporates the Proven and accepted Principle of an eccentric Tool Holder turning on its own Axis. As the Tool moves into the work piece/ Tube Sheet, the Pilot nose contacts the face of the work piece/ Tube Sheet, the cutter is now in the position to cut. Continued movement of the Tool starts the feed stroke which actuates the cutter and feeds it readily into the work. The location of cut is controlled by a quick lock Adjustable Collar, the depth of cut is also controlled by a Quick Lock-Stop Nut, which permits simple, fast and accurate adjustments. Features: 1.
