Inserting the tubes in to the Tube sheet and Baffle plates is one of the very important activity , in manufacturing of Heat Exchangers, Condensers , Chiller etc., during which the tube ends often get damaged, result into the rejection of complete tubes , most of the time, particularly in Non-Ferrous tubes.
Our Tube Guides are designed to protect the tube ends and simplifying the tube insertion process. The Conical shape of the nose allows the Tube end to self align it to the holes in the baffles plates and the tube sheet.
Made out of Aluminium nose with Nylon bristle tails, which hold the Guide into the tube ID ., firmly, while insertion. It can be re-used.
