Impact Drivers : An impact driver is a power tool designed for driving screws and bolts with high torque by delivering rapid, strong rotational impacts. Unlike regular drills, impact drivers combine rotational force with quick bursts of concussive force (impacts) to loosen or drive fasteners more efficiently. Sizes: 1/4' hexagonal drive with maximum torque capacity of approximately 270 Nm.

Screw Drivers : A screw driver is a hand tool or power tool used to drive (insert) or remove screws. It works by applying rotational force (torque) through its tip, which fits into the screw head. Sizes: 1/4' hexagonal drive with maximum torque capacity of approximately 16 Nm.

SAPSONS Stud Tighteners also known as Stud Drivers is used for speedier tightening of threaded studs with the help of an impact wrench. This is ideal for use in the assembly and maintenance of engines. The range covers stud diameters M5 to M36 (metric) & 1/4" (6.35mm) to 1.1/2" (38.1) UNF/BSF (SAE/BRITISH) in 3/8" to 1" square drives. Torque Multiplier is a tool, for applying higher torque with low efforts. SAPSONS Torque Multipliers are compact alloy steel, epicyclical gear units, designed for tightening and loosening of nuts and bolts by providing very high torque economically, is available up to Max. Torque capacity of 35000 Lb.ft. Torque Multiplier is interposed between a standard Torque Wrench and the Socket, and the reaction bar/bracket is allowed to rest against any convenient solid object. The operator then has effective leverage of Torque Wrench 5 times or 25 times or 125 times. The wrench being used in to the input side of the gear unit. All standard single stage gear units are having the multiplication ratio of 5:1. The gear units are compounded to give 25:1 or 125:1 ratio, provides the equivalent of 4 extra manpower to the user. Output Torque = Input Torque X Multiplication Factor. In limited work place, use of Torque Multiplier generates high Torque, with precision and ease. In many cases it eliminates dismantling of nearby equipment. Sliding T - Handle is used for driving of manually operated sockets. It has a large leverage handle which allows application of force comfortably. The final tightening can be done with both hands.
