When the cylinder is operated thru the Hydraulic hand pump, the chisel pierce into the cable to reach the conductor. The Cylinder is mounted on a Rectangular shaped tubular steel body which is placed on cable dia and locked with the lower base clamp by threaded steel rods on both the side. A separate earthing cable of approx. 6 mtrs. long crimped at one end with suitable lugs connected with the tool and the other end is having the earthing rod for grounding.
