Flexible Shaft Machine
SAPSONS Flexible Shaft Machines are portable industrial tube-cleaning machines designed to remove scale, deposits, sludge and blockages from the inside of tubes used in boilers, heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, air heaters and sugar-processing equipment.

Description-

The machine uses an electric motor to transmit rotary power through a heavy-duty flexible shaft to a brush, cutter or other tube-cleaning tool. Because the shaft is flexible, it can enter both straight and curved/bent tubes while protecting the tube's internal surface.

Main components:

• TEFC electric motor – provides continuous rotary power.
• Flexible shaft – transfers torque from the motor to the cleaning tool.
• Inner wire core – multi-layer steel-wire construction for flexibility and high torque transmission.
• Outer casing – galvanized steel casing with anti-friction lining that protects the inner core.
• Handpiece – connects the shaft to brushes or tool heads.
• Motor coupling – connects the flexible shaft to the drive unit.
• Cleaning tools/tool heads – used for descaling, cleaning and opening blocked tubes.
